Biography

Natalia Biegalska is a Polish painter, printmaker, and illustrator. She graduated from the Katarzyna Kobro High School of Fine Arts in Zduńska Wola, where she specialised in artistic textiles. In 2006, she began her studies at the Faculty of Visual Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, earning her M.A. degree in 2012 at the Faculty of Textiles and Fashion, with a diploma project in printed textiles and an annex in printmaking.


During her studies, she participated in numerous competitions and exhibitions, receiving the Amcor Gallery Award at the 28th Władysław Strzemiński Fine Arts Competition (2011) and a Distinction in the poster competition for Marlena Hermanowicz's exhibition \"Wisielec\" at the Aleksander Węgierko Theatre in Białystok (2011). In 2022, she was listed among 30 young artists continuing the tradition of the Polish School of Poster Art.


Since 2017, Biegalska has regularly exhibited her works both in Poland and abroad. That same year she was invited to the Philippines to present her painting series \"Painting with Knives\" , a collection of 46 works created with palette knives, shown across multiple venues in Manila. Her paintings are now part of private collections belonging to Filipino politicians and public figures.
