Lucurate – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lucurate. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.


1. Custom-made Products and Right of Withdrawal
All products sold by Lucurate are custom-made and produced on demand according to your order specifications.
In accordance with Section 22(e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent and acknowledge that production will begin immediately after your order is placed, and you therefore waive your statutory right of withdrawal. Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of defective or damaged items (see section 2).


2. Claims and Defective Products
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with your order or the product, please contact us at
customer-service@lucurate.com.



3. Returns and Return Address
All returns must be pre-approved by Lucurate.
Customers must contact us at customer-service@lucurate.com before returning any products.
Physical returns are handled by our production partner (Printful) and must be sent to the Printful facility that produced the order. The specific return address and instructions will be provided after you contact us. Unclaimed returns or shipments with insufficient address information are automatically returned to the production facility and may be donated to charity after 30 days.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a corrected address has been confirmed. Lucurate reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and is not responsible for items returned without prior approval.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return
Lucurate and its production partners do not accept returns of sealed goods (such as face masks or underwear) that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Returned items of this type will be disposed of and not eligible for reshipping or refund.



5. Customer-initiated Returns and Exchanges
Lucurate does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, as all items are custom-made. If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or design), a new order must be placed at your own expense.



6. EU and EEA Consumer Notice
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding Norwegian law, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Lucurate therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion in these cases.



7. Governing Law and Language
The English-language version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies between translations.



8. Customer Confirmation
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
You have read and accepted Lucurate’s Terms and Conditions; and
You understand that your right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products produced specifically for you.
