REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA only)
Customers within the EU/EEA have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting on the day you receive the order.
2. Exceptions – Custom & Art Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Limited edition art
- Prints made on demand
- Personalized or custom products
Legal basis:
- Angrerettloven §22
- EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- In original condition
- Packed securely
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
When a return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Claims & Damages
If you received a damaged product:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Include photos and order number
We will replace the product or issue a refund.
